ZEEGI is building the most engaging learning system for students, beginning with Nigeria's largest examination preparation market. We're combining AI, behavioural science, gamification and personalised learning to transform how students prepare for high-stakes examinations.
The opportunity, at a glance
Today's learner grows up surrounded by platforms designed to capture attention — TikTok, YouTube, Instagram. Every digital experience competes for attention using engagement, feedback and behavioural design. Education largely does not.
Instead, students are expected to sit through systems that rarely adapt to how they naturally learn. We believe this approach no longer works.
Students do not hate learning.
They hate boring learning.
The future of education will not be built by asking students to become different. It will be built by designing learning that meets students where they already are. That belief is the foundation of ZEEGI.
Our first application is JAMB — not because it's our final destination, but because it is our strongest entry point. Preparation is urgent. Preparation is emotional. Preparation creates one of the largest education markets in Nigeria.

Two acquisition & conversion windows
Acquire students, build trust, and introduce the product ahead of the exam season.
Convert students into paying users and support them through final examination preparation.
They'll learn from it.
Our generation has been shaped by platforms that understand behaviour. We believe education should do the same.
We are not trying to build another learning application. We are designing an educational experience students genuinely enjoy returning to every day.
Students should never feel they are using separate features. They should feel immersed in one continuous educational journey.
Adaptive, one-to-one guidance shaped around each student's pace and gaps.
A daily learning flow tuned by how each student actually studies.
Personalised study notes generated as each student progresses.
Competitive events that turn preparation into a shared event.
Daily consistency, reinforced the way habits actually form.
Computer-based test simulations under real examination conditions.
Studying alongside peers, not in isolation.
Clear visibility into strengths, weaknesses and readiness.
Recommendations and likely-question practice generated around each learner.
Most educational products are transactional — students visit, study, leave. ZEEGI is different. Learning becomes something students participate in rather than consume.
Our objective is not simply to help students prepare for JAMB. It is to create a system they don't want to abandon.
Streaks
Daily habits reinforced visibly.
Weekly Competitions
Consistent reasons to return.
Championships
Shared, high-energy events.
Community
Progress made alongside peers.
Would students embrace a guided, engaging and community-driven approach to exam preparation?
Earlier this year, Solomon Imaga and Sir Philip launched a JAMB-focused WhatsApp learning community, where students joined to ask questions, receive recommendations, learn together and prepare for JAMB.
The response exceeded expectations — and revealed something impossible to ignore: students were actively searching for a more engaging way to prepare. That insight became one of the foundations upon which ZEEGI is being built.
Presented as early validation, not as proof of guaranteed future success.

Campaign period
SEPTEMBER — DECEMBER 2026
Unlike many technology businesses that rely on continuous acquisition throughout the year, our first market operates in a predictable annual cycle — students begin preparing around September, preparation intensifies between January and March, and the examination concludes around April. This focused window lets us concentrate resources where demand is greatest.
Core
Students subscribe to unlock the full learning experience — AI assistance, personalised preparation, championships and advanced features.
Core
Students regularly complete AI-powered CBT examinations that simulate real conditions and generate personalised performance insights.

Profit distribution philosophy
Rather than maximising short-term distributions, we believe early-stage companies should reinvest aggressively while still rewarding the partners who helped build them. This approach strengthens both the company and long-term partner returns.

Why this structure exists
The early years of a company require significant reinvestment. This staged model allows ZEEGI to strengthen its technology, expand its market position and increase long-term enterprise value while progressively increasing partner participation.

Use the success of JAMB as the foundation for broader educational opportunities across Nigeria and eventually Africa.
Founder
Solomon Imaga has spent the last several years inside Nigeria's education system, not simply studying its problems but actively improving learning environments. His journey began as a classroom teacher after leaving the seminary.
His first major opportunity came at Jessica Divine Favor Academy in Umuahia. At the time, the school had approximately twenty-four pupils and was preparing to shut down because of declining enrolment after COVID-19. Rather than allowing the school to close, Solomon convinced the proprietor to allow him to manage the school for one year.
Instead of following traditional educational practices, he redesigned the learning experience — reducing unnecessary complexity, introducing deeper learning blocks, entrepreneurship clubs, practical learning experiences, student movie productions, and a weekly competition known as the JDFA Cup. Learning became something students genuinely looked forward to.
Within two years the school grew from approximately twenty-four pupils to over two hundred. That experience changed his understanding of education forever: students do not hate learning, they hate boring learning.
Since then, Solomon has continued working within education — preparing students for major examinations, managing educational systems, and studying how behavioural science, technology and AI can transform learning. Today that journey has evolved into ZEEGI.
Growth & Creator Partnerships
Sir Philip is one of Nigeria's leading JAMB education creators, with a large audience of students preparing for university entrance examinations. His understanding of student behaviour and creator-led education provides valuable insight into how ZEEGI approaches community growth and student acquisition.
Within ZEEGI, his focus includes creator partnerships, student communities, growth strategy, campaign execution and creator ecosystem development.
