Every year, more than two million Nigerian students prepare for JAMB. Families spend billions of naira on lessons, textbooks, CBT centres and preparation materials. Yet the learning experience has barely changed.
The opportunity, at a glance
JAMB is not just another examination. It is the one Nigerian students genuinely prepare for — seriously, urgently, and with real money.

The share of this market ZEEGI is targeting to capture.
JAMB is a centrally administered exam that cannot easily be manipulated — success has to be earned through real preparation.
Failure rates remain high year after year, which keeps preparation demand constant and urgent, not seasonal or optional.
University admission depends directly on the result. For families, this is not a nice-to-have purchase — it's a necessity.
Because the tools required to solve it properly have only just converged.
A generation of students now carries a learning device in their pocket by default.
Personal, adaptive tutoring is finally affordable to build and deliver at scale.
We now understand habit formation and motivation well enough to design for it deliberately.
Today's students have shorter attention spans and higher expectations for how content should feel.
This moment creates the perfect opportunity.
They struggle because learning loses against modern entertainment.

— a loop, not a checklist. Students re-enter at "Learn" stronger every time.
01 · LEARNING EXPERIENCE
Students choose exactly what they need — JAMB exam prep or a specific topic — before ZEEGI builds a personalised session around it. No generic syllabus, no wasted time.

02 · AI ASSISTANT
Each concept opens with a short, audio-narrated hook, a hint when a student is stuck, and a live conversation that adapts to how they respond — not a static script.
03 · CHAMPIONSHIP
Weekly challenges turn solitary practice into something students show up for — timed, competitive, and paid for with credits rather than locked behind a subscription.

04 · PERSONALISED LEARNING
ZEEGI tracks performance by subject and surfaces exactly where to pick back up — a personal dashboard, not a generic one.
05 · COMMUNITY
Students post short reflections and insights that peers can see and respond to — accountability built into the product itself, not bolted on.

More inside the ecosystem
Simulated examinations under real conditions, with instant insight.
Daily consistency, reinforced the way habits actually form.
Personalised study notes generated as each student progresses.
A growing archive of past questions and structured resources.
Anyone can copy a feature list. What's harder to copy is a system built from the ground up around how students actually behave.
01
Every mechanic is designed around habit formation and motivation, not just content delivery.
02
Personal tutoring and possible-question generation that adapts continuously, not a static syllabus.
03
Every student's path is shaped by their own gaps and pace, not a one-size-fits-all curriculum.
04
Progress, streaks and rewards designed with the same rigor as the platforms competing for students' attention.
05
Shared, high-energy events that turn solitary studying into a collective experience.
06
Peer accountability that keeps students returning even on the days motivation runs low.
07
Every system — AI, streaks, championships, community — is connected into one continuous journey, not a pile of separate tools.
Would students embrace a guided, engaging and community-driven approach to exam preparation? Earlier this year, Solomon Imaga and Sir Philip set out to find out.

Demand exists — students were actively searching for a more engaging way to prepare, not just more content.
Direct behavioural insight into how students ask questions, seek accountability, and respond to community.
Our core assumptions are grounded in real behaviour, not theory. This is early validation — not proof of guaranteed future success.
The market is real, the insight is grounded, and early demand is proven. Here is how ZEEGI turns that into a sustainable company.
Revenue model
Students purchase learning credits and spend them across the experiences they choose — AI learning assistance, CBT examinations, championships, and other premium learning activities.
Rather than locking students behind a monthly subscription, ZEEGI operates a flexible, pay-as-you-go credit system. Students only pay for what they actually use.

Why this structure exists

Jessica Divine Favor Academy

Founder
"Students do not hate learning. They hate boring learning."
Origin
Left the seminary and began a career as a classroom teacher inside Nigeria's education system.
The turning point
Took on Jessica Divine Favor Academy in Umuahia — roughly 24 pupils, declining enrolment, and on the verge of shutting down after COVID-19. Solomon convinced the proprietor to let him manage the school for one year.
The redesign
Rebuilt the learning experience from scratch — deeper learning blocks, entrepreneurship clubs, student movie productions, and a weekly competition known as the JDFA Cup. Learning became something students looked forward to.
The result
Enrolment grew from roughly 24 pupils to over 200 within two years — with no outside funding. The lesson stuck: students don't hate learning, they hate boring learning.
Today
Continued education work — exam preparation, school systems, and a deliberate study of how behavioural science, technology and AI can transform learning. That journey has evolved into ZEEGI.
Proven ability to redesign a failing learning environment around how students actually engage.
Years spent directly in classrooms, preparing students for major examinations.
Took full management of a school and turned enrolment around within two years.
A genuine, ongoing study of how AI and behavioural science can transform learning at scale.
Growth & Creator Partnerships
One of Nigeria's leading JAMB education creators, with a large audience of students preparing for university entrance examinations. His understanding of student behaviour and creator-led education shapes how ZEEGI approaches community growth and student acquisition.
This isn't an allocation in a spreadsheet. It's a seat at the beginning of a company — helping decide how millions of Nigerian students experience one of the most important moments of their academic lives. If that's a story you want to be part of, let's talk.
